Dan Ojari

Dan is an Oscar Nominated director and writer, co-founder of Parabella Studios and development director at Aardman Animations. Dan, together with Mikey Please, is the creator, writer and director of ROBIN ROBIN which was produced with Aardman Animations for Netflix and stars Gillian Anderson, Richard E. Grant, Adeel Akhtar. The film was nominated for an Academy Award 2022 for Best Animated Short Film. Most recently Dan and Mikey wrote and directed the 10th Anniversary Tribute for OVER THE GARDEN WALL with Aardman starring Elijah Wood and Melanie Lynskey.

Dan's first picture book IS THIS A PLUM, which he's co-written with his son Finn, will be published by Penguin in April 2026.
