Jonathan Schey

Jonathan’s debut film EVERYBODY WANTS TO F*CK ME is currently in post. The razor-sharp dark comedy thriller stars Taron Egerton and Jessica Henwick. Mia McKenna-Bruce, Charly Clive and Herbert Nordrum are supporting. Written and directed by Jonathan, the film is a Studiocanal, LuckyChap, Film4 and Parkville Pictures co-production.

Jonathan is a graduate of the Royal Court Theatre’s Young Writers and Studio Group. His short film THE ENTERTAINER starring Toby Jones was BIFA-nominated for Best British Short and won the Audience Award at Berlin British Shorts. Jonathan directed the first 2 series of LADHOOD for BBC, written by and starring Liam Williams. He has also directed a BBC3 pilot for Two Brothers, now a series, as well as comedy short THE COACHES, produced by Warp Films for Sky Comedy.
