Olivia Hirst

Olivia Hirst is a writer based in East Yorkshire.

Olivia co-founded the award-winning theatre company Lost Watch and has created acclaimed stage work including: her debut script Play for September (Winner of NSDF Emerging Artist Award & a winner of BBC Writersroom Script Room 4), Left My Desk (Shortlisted for C4’s 4Stories and the Kay Mellor Bursary), Goodstock (performed annually for medical students at Queen Marys University London) and The Incident Room co-written with David Byrne (Guardian Readers “Best Shows of 2020” programmed to headline Brits Off Broadway New York & optioned for television).

Olivia is a recent graduate of Philip Shelley’s esteemed 4Screenwriting Scheme 2026.
