After working in documentary films for Nick Broomfield, Oscar enrolled in an MA in Filmmaking at the London Film School. He has written and directed four short films that have been screened around the world in festivals, including the BAFTA and Academy Award-qualifying London Short Film Festival. Oscar was a PYD Young Directors finalist in 2019 and has co-written & co-directed a play at the Edinburgh Festival that received a 4* review from James Naughtie on the BBC. Oscar’s last two feature film scripts received BFI Network Ffilm Cymru development funding. He recently produced the TV pilot MADHOUSE that was executive produced by Edgar Wright (SHAUN OF THE DEAD, BABY DRIVER) and is with Cornishe Media.

Oscar is the co-founder of the London/Wales based production company Far Away Films and is a BAFTA Connects Member “in recognition of his contribution to our industries to date and promising career ahead".
