Clio Barnard's I SEE BUILDINGS FALL LIKE LIGHTNING added to Cannes Directors' Fortnight

I SEE BUILDINGS FALL LIKE LIGHTNING, directed by Clio Barnard has just been announced as part of Cannes Film Festival's Directors' Fortnight line up 2026.

The feature follows five childhood friends who have not hit 30 and are faced with the realities of their lives. The cast includes Anthony Boyle, Joe Cole, Jay Lycurgo, Daryl McCormack and Lola Petticrew. Adapted from Keiran Goddard's eponymous novel for screen by Enda Walsh, the film is produced by Tracy O'Riordan of Moonspub Films. It was developed with BBC Film who are co-financing with BFI, in association with Curzon Film.
