Alfie Barker has won the Berlinale Cupra Dream Makers Contest. His short film, THE ZEBRA, will be produced with jury members J.A. Bayona and Marcus Loges in association with Studio Babbelsberg.
The Dream Makers is an international short film contest launched by CUPRA in collaboration with Studio Babelsberg, to support the next generation of cinematic storytellers by enabling and financing the production of the winning project.
Alfie's short, THE ZEBRA, is inspired by a true story. Andrew becomes so obsessed with zebras, he manages to persuade his mum to keep a real one in their house.
