REBUS: A GAME CALLED MALICE IS COMING TO EDINBURGH FESTIVAL THEATRE

21.05.2024

The new play by award-winning bestseller author Ian Rankin and Simon Reade is coming to the Edinburgh Festival Theatre for a limited run, from Tuesday 10th to Saturday 14th September 2024.

Based on the novel of the same name, written by Ian Rankin, the play centres around a dinner party held at a stately Edinburgh home that concludes with a murder mystery game called 'Malice'. Play begins - but as the guests become suspects, it appears that they may have secrets of their own. Amongst them is  Inspector John Rebus, who seems to have an unfair advantage. Is he playing another game? One in which only he knows the rules? As tensions rise, truths are revealed - leading to a shocking conclusion.
